Fees and Payments

Fees are set by individual practitioners according to either individual pricing policies or contract with managed care organizations (MCOs). Most practitioners offer significant benefit to patients who pay for their services in full at the time of service (TOS) and maintain a zero balance. TOS benefits are offered to those who pay for their entire visit and submit the bill to their insurance on their own. We will provide these patients with an itemized receipt for services upon request. Re-billing fees for delinquent accounts may apply.


Our office provides courtesy billing to your insurance carrier. We make an initial attempt to contact your insurer to verify benefits.  From time to time, insurance policies change. It is your responsibility to provide us with current and updated insurance billing information as soon as any changes occur. Please read your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) which are provided to you by your insurer, so that you are aware of your account status. If you have questions regarding your account status with us, please call! Our  billing personnel will set aside time to personally address any questions you may have.

Our Employees:
Our employees are here to ensure your time with us is as rewarding and effective as possible. The front office staff assists with appointment scheduling, general information, general insurance questions and any specific needs associated with your visit. They will provide you with recommended supplements, supports, or supplies. Also, they may assist in requesting information from other physician offices, or sending information to another physician for you. They will always have a smile just for you!

Appointments with the physicians and therapists are scheduled in advance.

Every effort is made to accommodate urgent needs with same day appointments. Please assist us by alerting us to your urgent situation immediately. If you have had a new injury or significant aggravation of a dormant condition, please let our Staff know when you schedule your appointment. We want to ensure adequate time to evaluate and treat you with the care you deserve!

Massage therapy appointments are available throughout the week, and additionally are available on Saturdays! All massage appointments require 24 hour notice of cancellation or a minimum $25 fee may apply, up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Out of respect for our patients and staff with respiratory sensitivities and allergies, we ask that our patients refrain from wearing perfumes or scented oils when they come to visit us. Thanks for your understanding!
